Tropical Vegetarian Sushi

Note that for this Winding rice comes first and above plants

Sushi known as “California Roll”

see that this rice will face upside down over the bamboo plants on the leaf

In the Sushi or Japanese cuisine 寿司, 鮨, 鲊 was originally made with rice and fermented fish. Today there are many kinds of sushi and ways to make and their consumption has been widely accepted in most of the world despite carrying seafood. My version you will be strictly vegetarian (vegan and raw food) and we will use natural and fresh vegetables that I have included. They are ideal for a large tray and divide to take us to lunch from work as appetizers or family celebrations or save for another day. The advantage of vegetarian sushi is that it takes a lot out of the refrigerator having no fish. They are delicious and ideal for maintaining your weight or diet. What I like is more economically than I get, because the sushi to be an exotic dish is extremely expensive. Do not feel bad if at first you fall apart or would go wrong, it is common practice is what gives it shape. My first Suhi seemed cupcakes and then lifted. ja ja

Serving: individual pays 12 per 3 sushi seaweed sheets

Ingredients:

• 1 package of layers of algae “seaweed” to make sushi-East market and are known as “Nori”

• 1 avocado

• 1 green cucumber – cut into thin sticks

• 2 cup short grain rice (rice is already a box for sushi)

• 2 cups water for rice-

• 3 tablespoons rice vinegar

• 1 carrot – cut into thin sticks

• 1 / 2 sheet cheese or the country – cut into thin sticks

• sea salt to taste

• 2 tablespoons brown sugar

• juice of 1 lemon

• soy sauce

Materials Needed: 1 bamboo mat as that illustrated, he succeeds in oriental markets or on the internet and is called makisu “Bamboo rolling mat”

Procedure:

Make this sushi is very simple provided you have all materials and ingredients. Let’s start with the rice that is the basis of sushi. I used short grain I washed it and put it in the rice cooker to cook with 2 cups of water. In a skillet warm just a little vinegar and add the sugar and pinch of salt. Chill and reserve. Add this mixture once cooked rice and mix well. Rice is going to be sticky or “amogollado” and this is the place to go when preparing the sushi. Now let’s cut all vegetables into thin sticks. The avocado is not black can put seasoning lightly with a little lemon on top. Once all the ingredients ready we will begin the wrapping process. Above I show all the steps to make 2 kinds of sushi. The leading rice inside the blade wrapped in seaweed and carried out covering rice plants and algae.

Rolled sushi with something outside: Wrap the bamboo mat in plastic wrap to prevent the rice or vegetables from sticking. Place a paper plate of sushi on the table followed by 2 tablespoons of rice. With wet hands to prevent the rice is sticking, cover the entire sheet side by side with a finely ground and crushing it with your fingers. The rice should be compact and now we will add 5 each vegetable sticks glued to the edge facing you. This border is going to cover end to end as ilistro and carefully bending the bamboo is creating a cylinder. In the second round care that the pape algae covering the entire Rolito go down. Once the back remove the bamboo and put it back on the cylinder to adjust for any imperfections. When cutting the cylinder must be in the same half and then follow this pattern. This will be all the pieces the same size. (See illustration). Serve with soy sauce for dipping.

Rolled with rice and vegetables outside and algae on the inside – this requires more caution because if the rice does not fit to be compacted which goes out, you can open. Start by putting the algae on the table and place 2 tablespoons of rice in every corner of the square and flatten it with your fingers to form a square of rice on a plate. Once Virel well compacted and put on bamboo rice with the bamboo attached to plastic. Now place the plants as illustrated on the sheet of end to end and go rolling up and pressed into a cylinder from you. It’s going to be a roll of rice as outer casing. When cutting the cylinder must be in the same half and then follow this pattern. This will be all the pieces the same size. (See illustration) Serve with soy sauce for dipping.

Thank you, very useful. I wasnt actually a big fan of Spinach for many years ( lie, I hated the stuff), but after marrying a vegan I kind of had to get used to it, and have slowly come to totally love the stuff. Spinach curry is undoubtedly my absolute favourite! I even found an entire spinach recipes website which is my new favourite site now, you should have a look!
