Potato and Pumpkin “Ñoquis” in tomato

In Italian tradition, are lump or flour dumplings that are within the category of pasta. There are of different masses as potato, pumpkin or spinach and traducionalmente with white flour. In this case I used more comprehensive, although it alters the color to make it more nutritious. They are delicious and the texture makes them a delight to slip on the palate. There are a whole meal and I remember mom’s recipes.
