French sauce
Ingredients:
• 1 / 3 cup flour
• 2 cups milk – you can use soy, beef, rice
• Salt to taste
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 oz onion ralladita
• Pinch ground black pepper
• Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Procedure:
In a sauce pan, pour milk, ralladita onion, butter, pepper and flour. Mix the flour while forming balls. Once attached all, cook over medium heat stirring constantly until the mixture thickens to achieve. It is at this time to add mushrooms, broccoli or basil if you want to give an additional flavor or texture
