Simply delicious finger food and perfect for family gatherings or parties. They are easy to prepare and can be left stored in the freezer for several weeks, if you experience unexpected guests.

Ingredients:
• 2 lbs wheat bread (soba)
• 1 / 2 package cream cheese
• 1 / 4 chopped onion
• 1 cup fresh basil
• 1 / 2 cup nuts “walnuts”
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 brown sugar cuharadita
• 1 red pepper
• 1 cup chopped soy roll (see products) with imitation flavor of smoked ham
• Pinch of salt
• 1 clove garlic
• 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Procedure:
