Veggie Patties in vegetable with wild rice


Porción 4 personas

Ingredientes:


• 4 hamburguesas vegetarianas -pueden ser congeladas o de lata de las que venden en supermercados o tiendas de salud ya hechas

• 2 tazas de habichuelas tiernas frescas

• 2 pimientos grandes – verde y rojo

• 1 cebolla grande- rebanada

• 2 cucharadas de sofrito (ver en productos)

• 2 dientes de ajo

• 2 ajies de cocinar

• 1 tomate- en rodajas

• 1 cucharada de salsa soya

• 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva

Procedimiento:

En una sartén grande con el aceite de oliva, cocine un poco las habichuelas tiernas y luego sofria vuelta y vuelta las cebollas, los ajos machacados, los ajíes y el sofrito. Añada las hamburguesas de soya, los pimientos, los tomates y la salsa soya.  Saltee todo por 5 minutos y sirva con arroz integral.
