Vegetarian Greek version of “me Rizi Dolmadakia” stuffed with rice and spices
This version of the famous “Dolmadakia me Rizi” Greeks with the grape vine leaf sprouts made with Eastern “Pak choi” Eastern markets, as many people do not get vine leaves / vine in their countries to make this recipe. We did a graft, ha ha. Remember that this version is Madelen and not like the original Greek for having no meat or grape leaves. What I am sure of is that if you are going to love this original adaptation by my nice combination of flavors, colors and aromas. I hope not to offend any Greek in my fans, because they know I play a bit with the original ingredients of the recipes and they always take off the meat. I made them for a few guests and served with yellow pinion (see recipe) and were delighted with it.
