Japanese “Takoyaki” with corn, whole wheat, oats, seeds, nuts and hot spices

This is a much modified recipe of the famous Japanese Takoyaki. Taco That means octopus and octopus balls are called. But for these delicious hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, snacks, tapas, fritters, entrée or whatever you want to call, I had to adapt the original recipe vegetarian Japanese style, keeping their shape and cooked on the grill used in Japanese original. I did manage to use this flour pancakes “pancake” of 8 grains to supplement the corn flour missing ingredients, high in nutrients, protein, vitamins and minerals. To replace eggs and corn meal that is compact, I decided to use this interesting mix. Those who do not get this or a similar mix in the flour market, make yourselves the mixture in food processor with oatmeal and other meals that I mention. For Takoyaki grill, look for internet putting the phrase “takoyaki grill.” Some are electric, but keep in mind that come from Japan or voltage change makes it more sensitive to burn or be damaged if the volt amperage does not fit him. I decided to buy it durable and practical for my use. It’s a fantastic idea to make snacks for their children or for parties. What I liked most is that with every ball I have a complete and delicious food.
