Vegetarian sushi tempura style
Step # 1 – bamboo tray with vegetables, wrapped in rolling sushi
Step 2 – Cut the sushi in half, breaded with flour, pass through Japan flakes and fry in oil
Step # 3 The whole fried sushi roll and then cut into pieces
The famous Japanese tempura like sushi. Here my vegetarian version and I hope not to offend the Japanese who visit me to alter the original recipe. Just the kitchen lends itself to invent or recreate some international recipes as close to its original ingredients but the change to vegetarian and other seasonings. Ttrataré always keep the basic ingredient that characterizes them, then do not take meat. Tempura fried flour means involved in oil and vegetables are breaded and fried tempura the most famous dish. Anyway I invite you to copy my version also the Dredge in flour breaded in Japanese breadcrumbs flakes to give it a crunchy texture and I did. I invite you to cook and tell me as I came the sushi.
