Tropical Vegetarian Sushi

In the Sushi or Japanese cuisine 寿司, 鮨, 鲊 was originally made with rice and fermented fish. Today there are many kinds of sushi and ways to make and their consumption has been widely accepted in most of the world despite carrying seafood. My version you will be strictly vegetarian (vegan and raw food) and we will use natural and fresh vegetables that I have included. They are ideal for a large tray and divide to take us to lunch from work as appetizers or family celebrations or save for another day. The advantage of vegetarian sushi is that it takes a lot out of the refrigerator having no fish. They are delicious and ideal for maintaining your weight or diet. What I like is more economically than I get, because the sushi to be an exotic dish is extremely expensive. Do not feel bad if at first you fall apart or would go wrong, it is common practice is what gives it shape. My first Suhi seemed cupcakes and then lifted. ja ja

Vegetarian sushi tempura style

Step # 1 – bamboo tray with vegetables, wrapped in rolling sushi

Step 2 – Cut the sushi in half, breaded with flour, pass through Japan flakes and fry in oil

Step # 3 The whole fried sushi roll and then cut into pieces

The famous Japanese tempura like sushi. Here my vegetarian version and I hope not to offend the Japanese who visit me to alter the original recipe. Just the kitchen lends itself to invent or recreate some international recipes as close to its original ingredients but the change to vegetarian and other seasonings. Ttrataré always keep the basic ingredient that characterizes them, then do not take meat. Tempura fried flour means involved in oil and vegetables are breaded and fried tempura the most famous dish. Anyway I invite you to copy my version also the Dredge in flour breaded in Japanese breadcrumbs flakes to give it a crunchy texture and I did. I invite you to cook and tell me as I came the sushi.
