And who does not like lasagna and eggplant even better … and to top it off with good vegetarian flavors !!!!!!!! I know my visitors rave to make it and taste it for Christmas. I always think of you and also provide them with food and recipes without meat. Christmas is a time to celebrate the experiences that brought us the year.
